If you or your customer are not sure what material you need or have been using, HGF-PHE can help you giving you the recommendation of what to use. Sometimes this can be a very straight forward procedure, but especially when the PHE is used for very complicated mixtures of chemicals, this can be a very useful help for you and/or your customer.

Customized Products are developed when a customer needs to
- Improve the performance of a PHE, or
- Prolong the lifetime of the gaskets in a PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger)
HGF-PHE will work together with the customer in a project to get the appropriate information about the application, and investigate the possibilities for improvements. HGF-PHE will investigate what the "bottle neck" (the lifetime determinating property) is, and re-compound the formulation of the rubber to suit the application in an improved way.
