Shipping

We offer “Ex works”, “CIF” or “DDU” depending on the products and way of transport.
If You choose your own freight forwarder, we will arrange the paper work together with your freight forwarder.
Tracking numbers are supplied to the customer, on request, for each order, so that we both can follow the shipment if needed.

availability (if we have the products in stock or not)
when the order arrives during the day
if there are special custom clearance papers needed for the specific country or not
what the demands are for the specific freight forwarder that is chosen by the customer
