HGF-PHE Sweden AB inventory is based on the actual sales and prognosis.
Products that are sold on a regular basis are stated Standard Products, and are kept in stock.
For each of these Standard Products there is an Inventory Plan, which is continiously updated to have an optimum balance between demand, delivery time, and cost.
As soon as the inventory level (including Reserved Products) is below the Ordering Point, there is an order sent to the HGF Production for the difference between the two levels.
As shown above in the diagram, we take into account the seasonal changes in demand and supplies (for instance the vacation period or planned maintenance).
