Why HGF-PHE Sweden AB?

HGF-PHE Sweden AB is a Development and Marketing company for the Plate Heat Exchanger Aftermarket (Spare Parts).

The name HGF-PHE is meant to clarify in the easiest way that we cooperate with HGF (AB Halmstads Gummifabrik) and that we are in the business of Plate Heat Exchangers (”PHE”).

We believe we can make a difference in the PHE Market by offering Robust Market Quality with invariable deliveries of conforming Products and Services for Plate Heat Exchangers.

What does this mean?

It means that we continiously improve our work and systems to achieve a quality that is asked for in the Market (the optimal balance between cost of quality and value of quality). It also means that we work with minimizing variations and sensitivity towards outer factors, so that you as a customer can be sure that you get the same quality that you received on your previous order(s).

How do we achieve this?

2. To continiously educate the staff to give cost efficient support to our customers.
3. To reduce the human error to an absolute minimum, by working with a continiously improving Routine system based on non-time consuming (cost effective) checking points in our working procedures.

HGF-PHE Sweden AB combines the advantages of being

a young company (founded in 2005 in Halmstad, Sweden) with efficient systems of routines and handling as well as being flexible and open for new ideas, with broad and deep experience (decades of experience in the field of Plate Heat Exchanger Products & Applications).

Our experience covers both working with OEM (Original Eqipment Manufacturers) as well as non-Originals (”non-OEM”). We are not only a supplier of Products but also support with technical assistance to our customers.

The relationship between HGF-PHE Sweden AB and our partners is to be based on a mutual respect for our demands and needs. Demands like technical knowledge and accurate market information are essential to fit the HGF-PHE company profile.

Our partner AB Halmstads Gummifabrik (HGF) is the producer of our products for our core business, non-OEM Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets. HGF was founded in 1948, and have been producing Plate Heat Exchanger Rubber gaskets since 1992. All rubber compounds being used at HGF for Plate Heat Exhanger gaskets are the result of long-term development work specifically to suit Plate Heat Exchanger Applications. These compounds are not used for non-PHE applications for the obvious reason that they are developed for PHE´s, and not for non-PHE applications.
Today, HGF-PHE offers a continiously increasing range of products (both non-OEM and OEM), and both PHE Gaskets as well as Plates for Plate Heat Exhangers.
